Calling all general aviation passengers - Do you wish you knew more about how you could be a helpful passenger on a general aviation flight? The Mt Shasta Chapter of the 99's (a women's pilot organization) will be putting on a very interesting seminar to do just that. There will be interactive presentations including flight planning, preparations, actual hands-on preflight of an aircraft, important tasks for all phases of the flight, emergency preparedness, communicating on the radio and many other meaningful tasks to assist the pilot in command. The presenters are all volunteering their time to put on this seminar. It is a fundraiser for our scholarship program.
