Hi Everyone:

Guess what? Do you realize that in this newsletter you don’t have to sign up to do any special projects. You get some time off! But when Suann gets the gavel, be ready for whatever cause she is a lady with fun plans and a plane…

Hope to see you all at the Taylor’s on Aug. 15. It will be a very special time. Because I won’t stand up to give a speech at the BBQ, I want to thank all who worked so hard on many things this year. Lois, you did an outstanding job. Suann you were right in there helping and planning. Maybe we didn’t get in as many fly-ins as we wanted, but it was not for not trying! Barbara Crooker -- what can we say! A web site, many projects you accomplished, and we hope to give you time to sleep this year -- maybe between 3AM and 5AM without interruption. Audrey, you seem to get pulled in to so many little and big things. Know you worked hard on the Poker Run. We will have a better handle on it next year. Andrea you are doing a good job jumping in and helping. Thanks! Several of you helped in lots of other things but my mind is not remembering them all now. Thank you all. It sure is great to be a 99 because we always seem to willingly help with any project.

Next year I think Suann will try to organize time for us to attend the EAA BBQ in Corning on certain Saturdays. Can fly in and they are so much fun. We also need to reexamine our decision to have meeting on the 2^nd Sat. of the month. We do not have enough of you coming. Maybe go back to the second Monday of the month.
