Sept. 21-24^th – Southwest/Northwest Section Meeting, Ashland, OR

FROM OUR CHAIRMAN:

Hi Everybody,

I was invited to the Sutter Buttes Chapter meeting last Saturday to talk about the ECHO TANGO program.

And.....

We have been invited to join them for their June 3 fly out to Trinity Center.  We are to arrive around 10:00 a.m.  Pat Forbes has invited everyone to her home for hamburgers.  So Sutter Buttes decided to make it a pot luck.  If you can go let me know what you can bring.  In turn I will relay it to Sutter Buttes.

They also are going to fly to the Nut Tree on July 8 and we have been invited there too.  They plan to walk across the hwy and lunch at the Black Oak Restaurant. 

At our last meeting we elected officers for the next two years.  Andrea Williams is our new president.  I will be Vice Chairman in charge of programs and fly outs.  Barbara Crooker will continue as treasurer.  Cheryl Knight will be Secretary.

If any of you can go to the CAP Riverfront Playhouse fundraiser to see "The Odd Couple" this Thursday night, May 25, let me know.

HI EVERYONE:  Look over your calendar and mark the dates as there will not be a newsletter in July.  There will be no board meeting June, July and August. 

ELECTION:  We have new officers.  Andrea may be contacting you  

and she will be asking some of you to chair certain projects. 

Donna Taylor is willing to continue as Newsletter Editor unless someone else wants it.  Andrea will be sending Headquarter our officer list.

Our new officers will take office when we will have our “Emotion/Promotion” part at the Taylor’s Aug. 19^th at 6PM.  Howard will cook hamburgers.  Husbands are invited.  If you care to bring something special to eat and share, e-mail Donna or phone her.  Swimming is encouraged
