CALENDAR:

July 9-12:  Arlington Washington Fly-In

July 10:  Business meeting at Olive Garden, 11:30AM

July 12:  FAA Safety Meeting, Benton Field, Hangar 1A, 10:30am

July 13:  Cedarville (CA) Airport Fly-In Breakfast 7:00 to 11:00

 Aug. 1-3:  Palms to Pines Air Race

 Aug. 6-9:  99s International Convention, Anchorage, Alaska

 Aug. 16:  Chapter Party at Taylors at 6:30pm, Installation of Officers

We will have a business meeting lunch on July 10^th, 11:30, at the Olive Garden for those who can attend to discuss what Lois and Barbara will be voting on in Alaska.  Cheryl will send out and update a couple days before and/or possible reschedule.

CONVENTION:  We will have Lois Erickson and Barbara Crooker as delegates attending the convention.

PALMS TO PINES AIR RACE:  To date, Audrey Schutte and Donna Taylor will enter the race.  Hopefully, Sue Kerr and Cheryl Knight will also enter.  Do we have any members who want to come to Red Bluff on Aug. 1^st to pass out ice water and maybe some refreshments?  Maybe you will want to stay in RBL for dinner, too.

FATHER’S DAY BREAKFAST:  This was a huge success and all thanks to our members who stepped up the task and followed directions from Julie Ostendorf.  Thanks, too, to her trusty husband, Don.  The EAA had lots of publicity and people came for a great time.  Weather was not too hot.  Thanks to you all!

If you are interested in flying to the Cedarville breakfast, you can contact them at 530/27-2428.  They will have classic cars, motorcycles and more.  Breakfast is $7 for adults and $4 for children under 12.

PARTY:  Mark your calendars for Aug. 16^th Our Emotion/Demotion party at Taylors.
